Joy

My story

Joy and her partner, Faith, were found out in the country in Clinton, MS. The lady that contacted one of our supporters, Susan Hataway, said they hung out at her house for 4 days. They didn't give them any food or water at this house because they wanted the dogs to leave. Poor Faith and Joy stayed there because they had nowhere else to go. We think there is a great probability that they were dumped. They were so dehydrated and hungry when they were rescued. Both were extremely thin and full of parasites, but now that they have received medical treatment, they are beautiful, healthy and happy dogs! Joy is still very young and loves to play. She has the personality of a lab, very loving and sociable. She loves all dogs, people and children. Joy is being fostered in the South, but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee. We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal friendly transport on the road. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I hope you will consider giving Faith and Joy the loving home they so deserve!!!
