My story

Dane is a six-month-old, loving and playful kitten looking for his forever home.This boy is the popular guy at school: cool and confident. He loves people and greets us when we come home. He seeks out attention from anyone in the house and loves a good cuddle. When he's not cuddling, Dane is playing with his brothers or hunting for toys around the house.After he’s done with his cardio for the moment, this guy is good at settling down for a snuggle and some pets.Dane currently lives with his two kitty brothers, Miles and Thomas. He also lives with a resident cat as well as a very large resident dog. Dane is very respectful of our resident female cat; when she tells him to leave her alone, he will go seek a playmate or adventure elsewhere–no mess, no drama. It took Dane some time to get used to our resident dog, but he has come to trust her and will lay around and allow her to come up to him. He's not ready to play with her yet, but he has come a very long way from their first meeting when he was terrified of her.Along with all of the furry, four-legged animals in the house, Dane lives with his foster parents and three children, ages eight, nine, and eleven years old. He has met a few younger kids and has done very well with them. Dane and his brothers are very friendly and do not hide when new people come into the house. This cute guy would do really well with another playful, affectionate cat. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
