My story

Goldie arrived in HART’s care as a sweet little “damsel in distress”. Way too young to be pregnant and on the streets. Timid and a little testy, she delivered her beautiful kittens and slowly began to trust the world again. She hasn’t forgotten the joys of being a kitten, and absolutely LOVES to play chase with a wand toy, kick around a jingle ball, and race through a tunnel maze! Goldie is a little over a year old. She is a dainty kitty, weighing about 6 pounds, a snuggler who loves to be petted, gets along well with her kitty companions, and enjoys her kibble with a little canned food as a treat! All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative. If you are interested in any of our kitties, you must complete an online cat adoption application available at www.rescueahart.org/adopt/cat-application. The application will put you in touch with a HART volunteer.
