My story

Hello to you! My name is Gemma, and if you’re looking for beauty and heart in the same outgoing package, you’ve stopped by the right profile! I came into rescue with my 2 kittens Gracie and Garfield, and others tell me what a kind and patient mama I’ve been. While I’ll happily watch my littles play and amuse themselves, you’ll see I secretly love when others give me a chance at the feather wand too. I know when kittens are no longer my responsibility that I’ll be a fun and somewhat playful gal. I’m extremely social and will greet my foster at the door each time she comes to see us. And when she picks me up, I lean into the snuggle with a good purr to show how much I love the individual attention. Gemma is such a beautiful and friendly gal – with her green eyes and stunning markings, she’s a real eye-catcher! She loves the simple things – a patch of sunlight or a comfy bed where she can relax. She loves her vertical scratching posts and will use those happily and exclusively. She’s also perfection at using her litter box. Whoever welcomes Gemma to their home will be rewarded with endless affection. Gemma is one year old and 7 lbs. All cats have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed.
