What my friends at OHS say about me:I have been working with the Behavior team at OHS and I'm looking for a special home. It will take time and patience to get to know me. Snacks are a great way to make friends with me and teach me fun tricks.Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.I may be shy at first, but once we get to know each other I will shower you with love!I am a sweet and sensitive pup who takes a little time to build trust and make friends.I am still learning how to walk on leash, especially in new environments that can be overwhelming. I need verbal encouragement, patience and of course treats from you to help me!The type of home I'm looking for:I would flourish in a calm environment and a low-traffic home.I can be picky about my canine companions. Slow introductions and having my own space will be important for me to adjust to a home with resident dogs.I would prefer to be the only dog in the home.I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted.It could be with you!
