My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Soho arrived from the city pound on Aug. 10th when his legal hold was finished and no one had claimed him. He appears to be a mix of poodle and MAYBE shih tzu. He's a bit on the thin side right now but is healthy and happy. We think he's 2-3 years old. We will have vet checked and neutered on Aug. 20th and his fee is $150. Soho seems to be a pretty well mannered little guy who is friendly and affectionate. We think he's had some basic training. He will require regular grooming to keep his coat looking good. We do think he'd do okay with other smaller dogs and probably cats, too (we don't have any way of testing with cats, however). He should be fine with kids OVER 5. NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
