My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog Adoption:8Orbitz – The Gentle Snow Husky Meet Orbitz, a 6-year-old, 36-pound husky with a silky snow-white coat and the calm, watchful charm of an old soul. A dream to walk: Orbitz trots right by your side on a loose leash, matching your pace with quiet ease. Thoughtful explorer: He likes to take in his surroundings with a calm sniff and an observant gaze, as if he’s studying the world. Slow but sweet warm-up: He may keep to himself at first, but soon wander over for a treat and a few gentle pets—still a touch reserved, but curious about connection. Treat lover: Definitely food motivated, though his excitement over tasty snacks means he may sometimes takes them with a little too much enthusiasm. Polite with other dogs: He has been noted to stay composed and relaxed, when passing another dogs Smart, but selective: Knows “sit” but may prefer to finish his ‘land survey’ before showing off his skills. Orbitz would thrive with a gentle, patient human who appreciates a dog that blossoms in his own time.
