JUDY NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!   Come meet Judy and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (August 24th) from 12-3 pm at the PetSmart in Silver Spring (12020 Cherry Hill Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904)!      Name:      Judy            Best Guess for Breed:        Shepherd/Boxer mix     Best Guess for Age:      7 months as of August 2025          SEX:       female   Estimated Weight:    42 pounds as of 7/15/25, she’s still growing!   Gets Along With:    Judy does well with other dogs and has lived with cats! We haven't seen her with kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:       DC area foster home   Judy is Looking For:    Her forever home! This sweetie is at the tail end of puppyhood and ready to see the world! She’s  eagerly looking forward to having her own humans for sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up. And dog school so she can show how super smart she is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together. And she'll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed.  Most of all, though, she wants to know she's safe and loved. In exchange she promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags she's storing up, and loyal companionship for all his days. What do you say? Is Judy the one you see by your side?   What My Foster Says About Me: Judy is an absolute sweetheart and so cuddly!! She is super affectionate and is totally a lap dog - she wants to be as close to people as she possibly can and will lay across your lap as you give her rubs.   Judy is very friendly with other dogs and people! She loves playing with my dog and did very well playing with my neighbor’s dog too! She also loves every person she meets immediately and wants affection! She encountered one of my cats a few times - she approached him with curiosity and he hissed so she backed away and came to me for comfort. She is very treat motivated.
