My story

Tango – A Gentle Soul Waiting for His Hero Tango is a handsome gray and white Tuxedo boy with a tender heart born on April 10, 2022. Rescued when he was just past the ideal socialization age, he can be shy and easily overwhelmed by crowds—but he truly blossoms during quiet, one-on-one time with people. He gets along wonderfully with other cats and once had two beloved kitty friends he snuggled with every day. Sadly, they’ve since been adopted, leaving Tango without a companion. Now he spends his days at the café feeling lonely and out of place. Tango is considered special needs—not because he’s broken, but because he’s special and desperately needs a patient, loving home where he can feel safe. Life in the busy café is stressful for him, and his gentle spirit is fading without the comfort of friendship. Please, open your heart to this sweet boy. Give him the quiet, loving home he’s longing for, and you’ll be the one who saves him. All our adoptable cats are located at the Frisky Cat Cafe in St Augustine. 1092 Ponce De Leon Blvd (US 1). Visiting the cafe is a great way to find your perfect kitty. All of our cats and kittens are socialized and happy to interact with visitors, so you will meet them with their true personalities.
