My story

Lady Bug is FINALLY ready for her forever home and she really deserves this. You can see her before and after photos below.. ladybug is approximately 8 years old and approximately 13 pounds tall and slender . She had a dental and lost 15 teeth . She loves toys and loves to hoard toys. She also always is carrying around a stuffy. Lady Bug has so many amazing qualities but she does prefer to be the only dog in the home. Lady Bug walks on leash, never barks, does not shed, and is potty trained. I know! Perfection! She gets along well with other dogs for the most part, especially outside of the house and she has never attacked a dog . She does like her things though. She likes her bed and blankets and toys and she likes them to be hers, she likes to set them up just how she wants them and not for other dogs to mess up her perfection. She tolerates dogs , but she does not LOVE dogs , well most dogs. Oddly enough for some reason she really loved this large breed puppy we have here that’s already 55 pounds so riddle me that. 🤷‍♀️ but for the most part she is a mature women, and finicky about her stuff . She would do best an only dog, she could care less about the cats. Lady Bug LOVES attention and to be doted upon but is also not overly needy, no separation anxiety. If you are someone who maybe works long days , or lives in an apartment or condo and have always wanted a dog to come home to but thought maybe your lifestyle was not far to the dog, Lady Bug would be fine home alone for 8-9 hours and be perfectly happy with her big bed, lots of toys, treat and a kiss goodbye. She gets VERY excited to see you and very excited for breakfast. She is so loving with her people and is very social with all people . She does a little twirl and happy dance and gets a few zoomies in and then she is back to resting or observing she is very observant , incredibly smart. She is empathetic and very intuitive to her peoples feelings. She is just a gem, and yes she does not really want a play mate in dog form, but she loves walks and playing with her people and even would be a great dog to take to lunch or the office. She has no problems with other dogs. It’s mostly just when other dogs are in her own personal space. She gets a little cranky. Sounds like a few ladies I know 😉 We love her so much. She has had a long road to recovery and is now ready for the most amazing chapter. Approved adopters please send your hold requests to the email you were given.
