Meet Capon - Sweet, Sassy, and Absolutely Addicted to Attention Capon, born 4/13/25, is a total stunner with a personality to match. The moment you walk in the room, she’s already purring and rushing over to greet you with her signature chirps and happy paws. She loves pets and if you stop too soon, she’ll gently grab your hand with her own to request more, please and thank you. While she may not flop over for belly rubs, Capon will let you hold her like a baby and rub her tummy with total trust and full heart. She’s the perfect mix of playful and calm, always curious and ready to explore, but just as happy to curl up for cuddles. She also has a silly streak, especially when you’re on your phone. She thinks your phone (and fingers) are just another toy, and she’s not shy about joining in on the fun. Capon gets along well with other cats and would love a home where she can balance her affection, curiosity, and love of all things cozy. She is young enough to adapt to cat-friendly dogs, and should be great with children. If you’re looking for a cat who gives her whole heart and keeps you smiling every day, Capon’s waiting with paws wide open. We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome. Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies." All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Capon is a suggested minimum of $75 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
