My story

Oscar the senior cat is nothing less than a gentleman! According to his previous family, Oscar is “very friendly, solicits attention from everyone when you walk in the room”. He previously lived successfully with other cats and kids! Oscar is a gentle soul who needs a loving family to help him make the most of his golden years. He has an on-and-off again relationship with his sensitive stomach and GI tract, but he always has excellent litterbox manners. Oscar is scheduled for a dental cleaning on August 13th, all costs covered by our sister group, Friends of the Fairfax County Animal Shelter! All he needs is a ride to the vet by his new family to take care of those pearly whites. Oscar is a gem, and we know you will adore him too. Come make Oscar a part of your family, today! If you`d like to meet our available pets, please check the `shelter information` box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
