Meet momma Nellie! Nellie has had quite the journey. Found as a pregnant stray in Texas, she was taken in by a kind man who helped her bring her puppies into the world. Since then, Nellie has been adopted—and heartbreakingly, dumped—twice. But despite everything, this resilient girl still has so much love to give. Nellie is a smart, strong, and energetic pup who’s ready for her forever home. She’s house trained, crate trained, and knows her basic commands like sit and down. Nellie thrives with an active lifestyle—she loves going for walks, running in the yard, and keeping a close eye on those sneaky squirrels and bunnies. But don't let her energy fool you—Nellie is just as happy to chill out and nap beside her favorite people (and dog friends!). She's a well-balanced girl who’s just as content cuddling on the couch as she is exploring the outdoors.
