My story

Hello - I am a sweet southern gentleman from Alabama named Duncan! I’m a 1 year old- 50 pounds hound mix with a lot of love to give. Looking for my furever home. I love to lie around in the kiddie pool, play with toys, go for a walk, and sniff things out. One of my best features is my wonderful cuddles. I love everyone I meet. I enjoy playing with other dogs. I still have some puppy in me. I’m learning all about how to be a respectful gentleman inside the house. This is just all new to me soI just need some time to adjust. I walk nicely on my leash. I come when called. I stay in the crate when others are not at home. I would love to be a great addition to your family. --------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions.
