My story

Hi! I'm Chloe! I'm an approximately 8 year old, female, Pit mix. I arrived originally to the shelter as a stray in 2022 and was adopted shortly after. Unfortunately, circumstances changed and I was surrender by my owner on 08/05/2025. I am excited for my second chance. I may be older than I was my first time at the shelter, but I still have plenty of love to give and am ready to play. According to my previous owner, I am house and crate trained and get along well with other dogs. I love kids and people of all ages. I am 100% a sweet cuddle bug! My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination and basic boosters, and I am heartworm negative!  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
