My story

Meet Clifford — your new best friend! Clifford is a big, goofy guy who loves everyone and everything! With legs for days and a constantly wagging tail, he brings joy and energy wherever he goes. Always up for a good time, Clifford enjoys splashing in the water and spending time with both his people and dog friends. He recently met a cat and did amazing! Calm but curious, Clifford was content to simply enjoy the cat’s company — showing just how gentle and adaptable he can be. Though he came to us as a stray and we don’t know much about his past, one thing is clear: Clifford is a fantastic dog. He’s a smart pup who already knows how to sit and shake, and we’re still discovering all the wonderful things he has to offer. Our volunteers have nicknamed him Mr. Congeniality because of his friendly, outgoing personality. With his goofy charm and sweet nature, he’s the kind of dog who makes everyone smile. Clifford also recently completed the Paws and Think program, passing his training with flying colors! He impressed everyone with his eagerness to learn, his gentle manners, and his positive attitude. In fact, he was even recommended as a potential therapy dog — proof of just how special he really is. Now, Clifford is ready for his forever family — one that will shower him with love, affection, and of course, plenty of treats.
