 ALL ABOUT ME Name: Dangom Age: 6 months old Gender: Female Spayed/Neutered: Yes Breed: Sapsal mix Colour: White Weight: 10kg / 22 lbs Microchipped: Yes   MY RESCUE STORY Hi there! I’m Dangom, a sweet island girl born on Jeju Island. My early days were tough—my mama was severely neglected, yet she bravely gave birth to me and my siblings, doing her best to protect us despite her own hardships. Thankfully, some kind-hearted rescuers found us just in time and took us under their care.   Now, I’m ready to leave that difficult past behind and find a loving forever family of my own. I dream of a home where I’ll be cherished, guided, and loved as I grow into the happy, confident pup I know I can be.   MY HEALTH Fully vaccinated (5-round series complete) I’ve been neutered and have no known health issues.   MY PERSONALITY When you first meet me, you’ll be charmed by my fluffy, snowy-white coat and my soft, gentle black eyes—they say pictures don’t do me justice, and I agree! I’m even cuter and more stunning in person. Unlike many Sapsals, I absolutely love being in water and enjoy splashing around—it’s one of my favorite things! I’m a young pup with high energy and a curious heart, always eager to explore the world around me. I’m friendly with everyone I meet, both people and dogs, and I’m always ready to make new friends with my cheerful, playful spirit.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS With People: I’m a super friendly pup who absolutely loves meeting new people! I enjoy going up to strangers to say hello and will gently give you sweet little kisses to win your heart. I’m always eager for pets and attention, and I’m learning that new people mean new friends. Since I’m still a young pup, it’s really important for me to keep building positive experiences with lots of different people—and so far, I’m doing wonderfully at the care facility! I’m also very polite with my food and don’t guard it against people.   With Dogs:  I’m also a social butterfly when it comes to my dog friends! I love making new buddies and enjoy playful interactions with pups of all sizes. Even if another dog is being a little pushy or rude, I’m a peacekeeper at heart—I prefer to avoid drama and simply walk away. I’m easygoing and know how to keep things calm. I’m also very polite when it comes to food and don’t guard my meals against other dogs.   With Cats:  I haven’t met any cats yet, but with a slow and thoughtful introduction, I think I could learn to live peacefully with a feline friend.   ENERGY AND ACTIVITIES I’m a high-energy pup who loves to stay active! I thrive on playtime, walks, and outdoor fun—and once I’ve had a chance to burn off that energy, I’m happy to settle down and relax calmly at home by your side.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m still a young pup, so I’m in the middle of learning my leash manners. I can get a little excited and pull when something catches my interest, but overall, I try my best to follow my handler’s lead. I’m a quiet and calm boy—I rarely bark and know how to settle down and rest peacefully in my kennel. I’m also doing well with my potty habits! I know how to potty both indoors and outdoors, and with a consistent walk routine, I’m confident I’ll prefer doing my business outside as I grow.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that offers a safe, structured, and calm environment. A family that enjoys spending quality time together indoors & outdoors. A family that can shower me with love and attention. A family that understands I’m still a young pup with so much to learn, so I’ll need a loving family who understands that I’m a work in progress. With patience, gentle guidance, and positive reinforcement, I know I’ll blossom into a well-mannered and confident companion. I’m eager to learn and just need the right family to help guide me as I navigate the big world.   SPECIAL NOTES The volunteers and staff always tell me what a smart cookie I am! I pick up on things quickly and they say I’m such a joy to be around. I get along wonderfully with my dog friends and enjoy making new playmates. Being a 6-month-old pup, I definitely have my bursts of puppy energy—I love to run around and explore! One of my favorite things is playing in water (yes, I’m a water-loving Sapsal) which always surprises everyone. I’m still learning about the world, so I’ll need a family who understands that I’m a young pup and will guide me with patience, gentle training, and lots of love.
