My story

Lex is a 6yo 7.5lb Brussels Griffin. He doesn’t mind dogs outside of his home but doesn’t want them in his home. Kids 12+ friendly. He’s housebroken when kept on a schedule and crate trained. He’s good with a secure fenced in yard and/or going for harness leashed walks. He likes to chew on furry, dog toys and will carry them around. He loves being with his person so much that you need to watch where you are walking since he likes to be that close. He loves meeting new people and dogs when out. Lex’s foster requires a home with no other dogs along with giving leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Lex as all dogs should have at least 2 weeks in their new home to decompress with just their people who live in the home and to not have people over for at least 2 weeks. Dogs need time to settle in and adjust to their new people and environment first so they can learn to trust them first. Lex is neutered, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. He has a grade 3 heart murmur which our vet said does not require medication at the moment but should be monitored in case things change. Currently in Feasterville, PA.
