My story

Meet Andor – or Andy, as we like to call him – our 13-pound, low-riding Star Wars hero in dog form! This two-year-old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix was recently rescued from a crowded Bay Area shelter that was sadly euthanizing for space. Now safe in foster care, Andy is ready to find the loving family he was always meant for. Andy is sweet, wiggly, and full of charm. He’s a total lovebug who will cover you in kisses and melt into your arms for snuggles. He’s still working on house training, but he’s eager to please and learning quickly. With a little consistency and lots of love, he’s going to be a rockstar. He’s long, low, and built for speed when it comes to playtime. Andy is a social butterfly who loves other dogs, makes fast friends, and is always up for fun. Whether it’s hopping in the car, going for a walk, or joining you on your next adventure, Andy is always ready. We do keep applications on file for 90days in case the dog you apply for it already adopted or not the right fit simply email us to forward your application on to another dog of interest. Our dogs are in foster homes all over the Bay Area and all adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet. We do not have a facility. No meet and greet can happen until application is completed. Our Commitment to Our Dogs Every dog in our care receives comprehensive veterinary care, including: • Spay/Neuter surgery • Microchipping • DHPP vaccination • Flea treatment and deworming • Rabies vaccination • Any additional vet care as needed The adoption fee for this dog is $300 serving as a non-refundable donation to help cover vetting, transport, and care costs. Adoption fees may vary based on specific dog and needs.
