My story

Lucy is a petite front declawed 11 year old gal (born 5/5/2014) is looking for a new home to spend her retirement years with her best friend, Nani. Both of these girls are super sweet and will be a true joy to whoever is fortunate enough to add them as new family members. Lucy hasn’t met a toy that she doesn’t love and while she loves having her foster mom play with her and her toys, she also does really well by herself with interactive toys. In addition to her playful side, she is also very loving and longs to curl up on a waiting lap as soon as you sit down. She will also be happy to sleep with you (and Nani too of course) if you will let her. She communicates in more of a silent meow while nudging you and coming towards you. When she can’t find you or can’t find Nani, she will meow or when it’s time for dinner. Lucy is a greeter and will happily plop down for a belly rub from anyone who is willing. She enjoys following her person around and spending time with them as much as she can. Lucy has a great purr and when she is curled up together with Nani, you can hear them both purring loudly in harmony. Lucy enjoys kneading and “making biscuits” when she is sitting next to you. Just like Nani, Lucy had a recent dental and will go to her new forever home with clean teeth and her bloodwork all came back in normal limits. These two sweet, gentle girls will provide a lot of joy to their new family who is willing to join them in the next phase on their journey!
