My story

BARLEY is a beautiful, slightly fluffy charcoal and gray female tabby kitten with some white face markings. She has a very quiet voice and a gentle way about her. She is affectionate when picked up and petted, and has an adorable way of seeking eye contact and lifting her paw to request attention. Barley is a gentle and affectionate girl, who loves to be picked up and petted. Rescued with her littermates from a barn in Pleasant Hill, she is seeking a forever home with one of her siblings, or a home that already has a playful kitten or young cat for companionship. BARLEY has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. Her adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.   You can meet BARLEY at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco).  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet.   The $175 adoption fee ($320 for two kittens) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
