My story

Say hello to the fantastic FIREBALL!  He is an orange short-haired young-adult, with four white paws and a white bib on his chest.  He soaks up all the love and affection, and adores playing with the wand and spring toys, wrestling with his kitty friends, and being brushed.  While Fireball warms up to people quickly, it does take him longer to warm up to new environments and sounds.  He will need to be given some time to adjust, which is well worth the investment.  He gets very excited about kibble and treats as well, which has led to him being on a weight loss journey which his new home will need to continue....or they may end up with an orange cat-shaped balloon in the future!  Fireball needs a home where he can feel safe and blossom into the loving, playful gentleman that he is!   Fireball has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Fireball in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $155 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
