My story

Calendula is a 10-month-old mix breed pup with a heart of gold and boundless energy. She’s affectionate, eager to please, and ready for her next big adventure—whether that’s a long hike, a game of fetch, or just hanging out with her favorite humans. Calendula is the kind of dog who thrives on activity—she loves to run, chase, and play, but she also has a soft, affectionate side. She’s a quick learner and enjoys being mentally stimulated with puzzle toys and obedience training. Calendula is looking for an active home with people who can keep up with her high energy! She would love a fenced yard, but more importantly, she needs a family who will engage with her daily through exercise, play, and training.All adoptions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis at our Adoption Center, located at 1348 Parker Drive. No appointment is needed to meet your future furry friend! Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
