My story
Thayer is a young pup that`s full of life and excitement! When he came to HSC, he had a bit of a limp, and with the assistance of the vet staff and wonderful HSC foster families, he`s made a great recovery and is starting to work up his endurance again. In the foster home, he got to spend time with another dog and seemed to do well, and he`s also enjoyed doggy playdates with other pups at the shelter. Because Thayer is a lively guy, the best place for him is a home with all older people so he doesn`t sweep anyone off their feet in his excitement to meet them. All adoptions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis at our Adoption Center, located at 1348 Parker Drive. No appointment is needed to meet your future furry friend! Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
