Meet Lilah – a 7-month-old, 40 lb gentle soul who’s just beginning to discover what love and safety feel like. She’s friendly, sweet-natured, and eager to learn – she just needs a chance. Sweet Lilah was left behind. Literally. ? Her former family moved out of their Charlotte condo and abandoned her on the patio in the sweltering heat. A concerned neighbor saw her alone and reached out. That same night, one of our amazing CDNC fosters stepped in and got Lilah to safety — but now she urgently needs a foster ASAP.
