My story

Name: Brownie Age: 10 months Weight: 8.9kg Height (shoulder): 40cm Breed: Jindo mix Color: Brown Sex: Neutered male Rescue Story: Brownie is one of the puppies born to Tenne, a mama dog who lived tied up in front of a house. Tenne now lives in Vancouver and Dough was adopted to Toronto. Now it’s Brownie’s turn to find his forever family. ‍‍‍ Social with People Brownie may be a little shy at first, but give him a treat and he’ll warm up quickly. Once he feels safe, he’ll roll over for belly rubs and show off his sweet, affectionate side. He currently lives with a child under 13 and does great with kids. He is comfortable being picked up and held in your arms. Social with Dogs Brownie is playful and friendly with all dogs—he’s happy to greet strangers and ask them to play, regardless of their size. He has excellent canine social skills and enjoys group play. Social with Cats He shows curiosity toward cats during walks but responds well to redirection. He’s also calmly coexisted with a cat at the vet clinic, showing no signs of reactivity. Energy Level Brownie has a moderate energy level. He enjoys being active outdoors but is calm and relaxed afterward. Walking He tends to pull a bit on leash, but once corrected, he follows well and stays close. He’s learning quickly and enjoys his walks. Other Notes • No resource guarding around people or dogs • Comfortable in a kennel and does well on car rides (though he prefers to be carried into the car) • Goes potty outdoors when he has frequent walks • Uses pee pads indoors overnight or when needed • Even cuter in person!
