My story

Meet Ruby: Adoption pending! Adoption pending! Lovely dog! She's short and long and incredibly sweet! She's young but she has the calm demeanor of a more mature pup. This girl is so well behaved. She's tugs on the leash but that's about the only thing we can say she really needs work on. Ruby is great with people and other dogs, and she has such great energy, she would probably even make a great therapy dog. FOSTER HOME NEEDED: We currently have a staff shortage due to summer vacations and volunteers moving, so it would really help our volunteers who are still here covering daily care shifts if some of our adoptable dogs went into foster homes for a little while. Please let us know if you can help! We also offer foster-to-adopt so you can see if you and the dog are a good fit. Call 913-684-4939 for an appointment or more information.
