Breaking the Law

My story

Breaking the Law is a shepherd mix puppy with dark brown eyes that he uses to stare deep into your soul. He makes eye contact with you and will win every single staring contest. He is solid black and has incredibly soft ears! :) He also has big, beautiful paws with webbed toes - so there might be some lab or other retriever in his mix.  Breaking and his brother (Brian Johnson) are being fostered together and are a playful puppy pair with very different personalities. Breaking is cautious - he always watches the other dogs and people in the room before deciding what to do next. He enjoys cuddling on your lap, and will roll onto his back into the most adorable positions while he’s sleeping. His playful side is a little goofy - and he’s still getting adjusted to his long legs - so gallops around and often flops down in a way that is 100% adorable.  He is getting the hang of going outside to take care of potty business, has learned the routine of waiting to get his paws wiped when coming in from outside (thank goodness with all the rain lately!) and will wait patiently for a treat. He follows you around and has learned to sit patiently when he thinks there might be a treat involved.  He loves playing with his brother and is trying to get the resident dog to play and snuggle with him.  Adoption Day: August 16th at PetSmart Tysons Corner from 10:00–11:00 AM, an approved adopter must be present to adopt. Some pups may stick around until 11:00 AM for the public event—check our Facebook page closer to the date to see if this pup will be attending the extra fun! ##2475789##
