My story

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally.Meet Jasper! Jasper is approximately 1 year old, 76 lbs currently and he might have some retriever in his mix! In his foster home, he is doing great with house-training, crate training, and leash walking. He could go to a home with kids, cats, and other dogs.His foster says, `Jasper has transformed into a beautiful big ol ball of fun!! He`s sweet, playful and BEAUTIFUL!!! HE LOVES EVERYONE!! Jasper loves kids too. He`s not overly active, but is playful. He likes playing with his toys, so a nice big box of those that he can go to whenever he wants is ideal. Jasper is wonderful in his crate. Treat motivated. A good chew stick is his favorite. He also loves yogurt. He is house trained and sleeps through the night. He never meets a stranger. He Is friendly and fun loving. Jasper is the best boy and will make a fantastic family pet. He lives with cats, and seems to want to play with them, at times, not realizing that cats are the boss... he`s so curious. Walks nicely on leash. Could be a great hiking dog, water dog, travel dog. Jasper is very well rounded and just a happy go lucky smart boy!!He is available for adoption in Westport on August 15th by appointment.
