My story

Meet Bark at the Moon! This little guy is a gorgeous, smart, and affectionate black shepherd mix. He loves to keep you company during the day, but he’s independent enough to go off and play with his toys, wander outside, or play with other dogs when he wants. He loves to cuddle up with you at night and is a very sound sleeper. He gets along well with other dogs and is playful and gentle with them. He has an excellent temperament—he’s calm, outgoing, friendly, and not afraid of strangers or new dogs. He is catching onto his house training very quickly. He learned to sit for a treat and waits nicely for each meal. He’s intelligent, eager to please, and food oriented, so he’ll be easy to train. Given his sweet, gentle nature, he will make a loving, loyal companion to any family fortunate enough to adopt him. Adoption Day: August 16th at PetSmart Tysons Corner from 10:00–11:00 AM, an approved adopter must be present to adopt.
