Howlsy was rescued in Glassell Park after showing up at a previous TNR location, and basically moving himself in! This chatty guy is super friendly and loves attention. He would appreciate someone who likes to cuddle! Howlsy is neutered, vaccinated, flea treated, and dewormed.
