My story

This beautiful 4-year-old girl is ready to steal your heart—and your spot on the couch! Originally adopted from Dallas Animal Services, she’s been a cherished member of our family and is now looking for her next chapter with someone who will love her as much as we do. Full of personality, she’s a joyful mix of playful energy and snuggly sweetness. She loves zooming around the yard, chasing toys, and then curling up next to you for a nap. Once she feels safe and secure, her loving, goofy nature truly shines. She’s happiest as the center of attention and would do best as the only pet in a home with a backyard where she can run free. While she’s still working on feeling calm around other animals, she’s made great progress with routine and reassurance. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, she absolutely blossoms. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will make you laugh, comfort you on tough days, and be your biggest fan every day—she’s your girl. Cookie is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster.
