Sam

My story

Sam is a mixed breed (We are seeing some Great Pyrenees, mixed with something smaller) dog, found as a skinny stray. He is gaining weight well now that he is getting regular meals. Even when he was first brought in he was a happy, friendly guy. He definitely had someone who loved him at some point. Sam has a pretty white coat with an unusual pattern of brindle spots. Dogs live in the moment (good advice for us) and Sam is relaxed and calm now that he has food and water and a soft place to sleep. Sam weighed 29 pounds when he came in and is gaining quickly. He will likely be a medium to large dog when he reaches his full weight. We estimate him to be about 3 years old. Sam is up to date on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm disease and his adoption fee includes a voucher for the mandatory neuter and microchip.
