My story

Cookie is shy when first meeting new people but very loving. She loves car rides, walks and adventures. She is a sweet dog who is accustomed to sleeping in bed with her human and likes to be held, especially when she`s nervous. She would love to be adopted with her mother, Coco. Cookie weighs 11.7 pounds.The dogs were surrendered to Valley Humane Society on 7/28 when their previous owner could no longer afford their care. This dog has mild dental disease and would benefit from having a thorough dental cleaning with the adopter`s veterinarian within the next 12 months. Optimal dental health is important to a pet as it helps to preserve their teeth and improves overall health. Brushing the teeth daily with a soft toothbrush and toothpaste designed for pets will significantly improve this dog`s dental health and possibly his/her general health in the future.Do you have questions about this animal or are you ready to take the next step to adoption?
