My story

Meet Goose! This 5-year-old sweetheart is calm, low-energy, and looking for a quiet home where she can feel safe and loved. She previously lived with another dog, Duck, and has done well around other dogs in the past. Goose may be a little timid when meeting new people, but once she warms up, she’s a gentle and affectionate companion. She tends to bark when she sees someone new but settles quickly once she’s introduced. Because of her more sensitive nature, we recommend a home with older kids who can respect her space as she gains confidence.All adoptions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis at our Adoption Center, located at 1348 Parker Drive. No appointment is needed to meet your future furry friend! Hours: Sunday–Thursday 11 a.m.–5 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m.–6 p.m.
