My story

Introducing Luci! This charming girl was surrendered to ECCHA because she craves all the attention and prefers to be the only pet in the household. She is currently enjoying life in a foster home while waiting for a loving family to find her. Here’s what her foster mom has to share about her! `Luci is a girl who loves the finer things in life: napping in the sun, cuddling while watching Netflix, eating catnip, and bird watching.Luci will sleep in your bed from sun down till sun up. I work from home and if she could she would spend her entire day in bed or on my lap while I work. If you are sitting on the couch she will waltz up and flop down on your lap. She would be the perfect fit for someone who wants a lap cat! Luci does love food, cat and human alike. If you leave a piece of pizza on your table unattended she will seize the day and try to run off with it, but we are working on it! Putting tinfoil over the food does deter her from taking it. If you are a plant person, she does not eat or mess with plants, so she is the perfect cat for a plant lover! She also does well on a leash if you want to take her into your yard to sniff around supervised. We think she would be a great fit for a family with children due to her playful personality and willingness to cuddle. Luci does get stressed out when other animals are present and when she goes to the vet, but at home she is very sweet.` Luci is not yet spayed but will be microchipped upon her adoption day.
