My story

LOCATED IN WATERLOO REGION, ON DOB: 23 June 2023 Microchipped Jewel is just like her name, tiny and precious with different sides to her, all endearing and fun. Her face is unique and pretty, and shows a hint of her impish side. Jewel LOVES to play and scampers around flinging and chasing a small toy with wild abandon. Her favourite thing is the round pink base with the ball that runs the outer track in her pictures - she spends a lot of time on it, playing with the ball and even sleeps overnight on it. Jewel is a very affectionate wee girl, and she wants to check out what is going on and what you are up to, and will flop down and display her belly to tempt you away from what you are doing! She can become very excited during petting sessions and throws the odd "air nip" out there, but she stops as soon as you stop petting. She is a super fun and quirky girl, only 2 years old, and ready for the rest of her life with a family who will get a kick out of Jewel's antics and love her as much as she will love them. Jewel does not appreciate other cats, growling and hissing at her foster brother. Her foster family's large, not-nice dog seems to be ok with her, probably because she is the queen over a mere dog. Jewel would not be a good match for young children due to her tendency for rough play. A lively household would not be too much for Jewel. She would be a gem in most families! 📢 Thank you for welcoming a deserving adult cat into your family - From Aug 1-15 our adoption fee is $100 vs. our standard adult cat adoption fee of $225.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Jewel, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
