My story

This handsome boy is Odin! He was surrendered to the shelter on 7/26 because his person was going through life changes and could no longer care for Odin. His former owner did leave notes about Odin being house-trained, good with children, and good with cats. They did say that Odin is afraid of other dogs, but not necessarily not good with other dogs. Perhaps with slow intros Odin could live in a household with another dog. The volunteers describe Odin as friendly and inquisitive. He was a little scared during his photoshoot, but he did sit nicely when asked. If you have room in your heart and home to give this deserving boy a second chance, please come meet him today! Odin is 6 years old and weighs 57 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Odin is waiting patiently in run 811; his ID # is 12249. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
