My story

MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER We are 5 year old brothers. Our owner passed leaving us alone. We were brought to the shelter. We are sad and scared, hardly feel safe enough to leave each other's side. JoJo (light gray) was able to be shaved. Silly Steve (dark gray) is on atenolol, for his heart. Staff did not want to stress him more than he is now, so his haircut was put on hold. We need a kind and understanding family, who have knowledge about Maine Coons and also how difficult it is at 5 years to loose your person and home at the same time. And then come to a shelter with other cats, and barking dogs in the distance. We bury ourselves in our bedding, wanting this experience to be just a bad dream. It may take us time to adjust, but kindness can do wonders. For information about us and/or the adoption process email ds4paws@hotmail.com or call Rob at the shelter 508 822 1463. An approved adoption application is required to bring us home.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Silly Steve & Jojo, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
