My story

Viewable in Shelter: Yes, in dog kennels.Meet Bear! This young, high energy pup is looking for his forever home! Bear can be a little nervous with some body handling at first, but loves his head scratches. He is curious and friendly towards new human friends. Bear is excited to see other doggy friends and could potentially live with another dog if they are a good match. However, given his excitable personality he would not be well suited to a home with cats. Due to his high energy and very intelligent breed, Bear will require lots of mental and physical stimulation, if long walks and fun training tricks are your jam, Bear might be the dog for you! Bear is eager to please and is ready to be a loyal companion to the right people. ***Thank you for your interest in adopting! Do you think you could be Bear's person? Apply today!TIP: We encourage all applicants to write a little bit about themselves when prompted. Leaving these questions empty inhibits our ability to make the best match possible, and drastically effects the likelihood of receiving a call back.https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/dog-pre-adoption-questionnaire/The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting! Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Phone inquires and emails regarding the status of your application cannot always be prioritized.Animals cannot be held for potential adopters for more than 24 hours without a legitimate reason. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Tri Color Weight: 25.9 Age: 0yrs 11mths 2wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Bear, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
