My story

Silas is a handsome 2 year old brindle hound mix who was found as a stray on 7/19/25. He’s ready to find his forever home! He's currently 58lbs of pure love. He's very calm and obedient, and knows how to sit and lay down. He will be microchipped and neutered upon adoption. He’s already up to date on his vaccinations and heartworm negative. Come meet him in kennel 46, his ID is 12082. Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend.
