BIG SUR

My story

This handsome boy is Big Sur! He arrived at the shelter as a lost dog on 7/22, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. Big Sur is now keeping his paws crossed that he'll catch someone's attention and find a new, forever home where he will be loved! The volunteers describe Big Sur as very friendly, playful, and athletic. He sits nicely when asked, but could use a refresher course on leash walking skills because he pulls. If you're looking for an adventure buddy to join you on trail walks or a game of fetch, Big Sur is your guy! Big Sur is approximately 3 years old and weighs 44 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Please come meet Big Sur in kennel 876; his ID # is 12125. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
