My story

This handsome bundle of personality is Mitch. He arrived at the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 7/15. Mitch weighs 44 pounds and is about 1yr old. Sadly, Mitch was abandoned by his people in their home. He will make you smile! He is a happy-go-lucky, fun-loving boy I would describe as “bright-eyed and bushy tailed.” He walks well on a leash. He knows the sit command. Mitch is playful, is crazy about toys and balls and is a frisky and perky boy. He appears to have been nicely cared for and it hasn’t seemed to have impact his outlook on life! He takes treats and does so quite politely. This friendly fellow would be so happy to have someone read this evaluation, and decide he would be just the dog for them. He is listed as a lab/retriever. My dog scanner app suggests possibly Flat Coat Retriever/Newfoundland Dog.
