My story

Meet Rapunzel, a calm and affectionate cat who is looking for a peaceful home where she can feel safe and loved. Rapunzel has a gentle personality. She may be a little shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, she becomes a loving companion. She enjoys being held, gives sweet headbutts, and asks for pets. When she’s especially happy, she drools a little, which is one of her most endearing quirks. She prefers a quiet environment where she can bond at her own pace. Rapunzel shows affection through closeness rather than constant attention. She appreciates calm company and will often choose a cozy spot nearby to relax. She is not vocal, but she is expressive in her own quiet ways. Rapunzel has a chill energy level. She will play when gently prompted and enjoys toys that make noise, like crinkle balls or ribbon wands. She also loves spending time at the window watching birds and other outdoor activity. She needs a home with people who understand feline body language and can respect her signals. She would do best in a calm, adult household, though older, respectful children may be fine. She may do well with another low-key cat after a very slow introduction. Her response to dogs is shy and uninterested, so a respectful dog might be okay. Rapunzel recently had surgery for an abdominal wall hernia and has recovered well.
