My story

Ozzy is a black male Pekingese/Chihuahua mix with a bold spirit and a wild streak that lives up to his legendary namesake, Ozzy Osbourne. With his dark, shaggy coat and fearless attitude, Ozzy charges through life with rockstar energy and zero hesitation. He’s the first to dive into a toy pile, bark at his reflection, or lead a midnight zoomie session like it’s a world tour. Small but mighty, Ozzy may be little in size, but his personality cranks up to eleven—he’s unpredictable, entertaining, and impossible to ignore.Beneath the rocker exterior, though, Ozzy has a soft side reserved for his closest fans. He loves a good cuddle after the chaos, pressing into your arms like he’s been doing it for years. He’s loyal, affectionate, and just the right amount of dramatic—delivering playful growls and big emotions in a tiny, fuzzy package. With his mischievous charm and larger-than-life presence, Ozzy brings the noise, the fun, and a whole lot of love to every moment.ADOPTION PACKAGEThank you for your interest in adopting your next pet from The Haven. Each dog adoption fee of $175 includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccines, rabies vaccine and tag (age 3 months and up), microchip, deworming, flea/tick/heartworm preventative, a free starter bag of Hills Science Diet, and coupons from area businesses.Please make sure you review the following as part of the adoption process:· Adopter must be 18 years of age or older.· A current government-issued photo ID (no student IDs) - such as a driver`s license, state ID, passport, military ID, etc.· Have a Meet and Greet with the animal and our adoption coordinator (These can be a virtual Meet and Greet session due to COVID-19)· Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier with them when picking up their new pet.· The Haven accepts cash, check, debit/credit cards, or money orders.* For adopters of cats and dogs aged 6 months or less, or those with a medical condition preventing immediate spaying or neutering, The Haven requires a signed Spay/Neuter (S/N) Agreement and a $100 cash deposit, refundable upon completion of the spay/neuter procedure.
