Meet Connie Frances! I’m a 5-year-old West Highland Terrier and Poodle mix weighing just 14 pounds—with a heart as gentle as my soft, coat. I came from a home with many dogs, so I was understandably very scared when I first arrived. But thanks to the kindness and patience of my rescuers, I’m slowly learning that life can be full of love and comfort. They’ve shaved off my matted coat, made sure I’m fully vetted, and spend time every day just sitting with me—helping me feel safe and seen. I’m looking for a calm and patient home, ideally with another gentle dog who can help me build confidence and show me the ropes. Everyone who meets me says I’m absolutely worth the wait—because once I feel safe, my sweet personality starts to blossom. I’m spayed, up to date on all my vaccinations, and ready to find a forever home where I can finally relax and thrive.
