My story

Koda: Bright, Bouncy, and Brilliantly Trained Koda is a 9-month-old Heeler/Shepherd mix with the smarts of a working dog and the heart of a total lovebug. Adopted as a puppy and recently returned due to a landlord change (not her fault!), this sweet girl is now looking for a forever home that truly *gets* her—and is ready to keep up! Let’s talk brains: Koda doesn’t just know “sit” and “stay.” She knows **“center,” “heel,” “orbit,” “back”** (yes—walking *backward* while heeling), and “kennel.” She’s crate trained, house trained, and eager to please in every way. Training with Koda isn’t a chore—it’s a game, and she’s already winning. Affectionate and playful, Koda adores her people and loves soaking up attention. She may be a little shy at first, but once she lets you in, you're part of her pack for life. Car rides? Yes please. Splashing in water? Absolutely. She’s the full package: loyal, loving, whip-smart, and ready for a second chance with someone who sees her brilliance and is in it for the long haul.
