My story

Hello there! My name is George, and I’m a sweet, loyal Husky who’s looking for a loving forever home. My story is a little sad—my owner passed away, and his last wish was that my best friend Jemma and I would find a good home instead of going to a shelter. His family wants to honor that wish, and so do we. My best friend, Jemma, and I are always side by side, and it would make my tail wag if we could stay together, but if that’s not possible, we just want happy homes. Here’s what makes me awesome: ✔ Gentle & Loving: I adore being near my person. Belly rubs and movie-night cuddles? Yes, please! ✔ Well-Mannered: I’m housebroken and crate-trained—I even sleep in my crate at night. ✔ Kid-Friendly: I love saying hi to the neighborhood kids! ✔ Great Travel Buddy: Car rides? My favorite! ✔ Smart Boy: I know “Sit” and “Paw” and take treats gently like a gentleman. A Few Things to Know: I’m calm and polite when I meet new people—excited but never wild. I walk well on a leash but might pull a little if I haven’t had enough walks lately. I need a secure 6-ft fenced yard because I’m a bit of an escape artist if left unattended. I haven’t met small animals or cats yet, so that’s still a mystery. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion who loves attention and cuddles, I’m your guy!
