My story

Meet Vic Venom: A Chiweenie in Need of a Forever Home About Vic Venom Vic Venom is an adorable 4-year-old Chiweenie, a delightful mix of Chihuahua and Dachshund, who weighs in at just 11 pounds. This little guy is up-to-date on all his vaccinations, has been neutered, and is microchipped. Importantly, he tested negative for heartworm and has received a ProHeart 12 injection, ensuring he's protected from heartworms for an entire year. His Background Vic Venom's journey has not been an easy one. He was rescued from a hoarding situation where he endured horrible unsanitary conditions alongside many other dogs. Thankfully, he is now in a foster home in the Maritimes, where he is receiving the love and care he deserves. Personality and Behavior Vic Venom is a shy fellow, and due to his past experiences, fast movements and loud noises can be quite frightening for him. As such, he is best suited for a home without young children. However, once he feels secure, Vic Venom is incredibly affectionate and loves to show his gentle side. He is also good with other dogs, making him a wonderful companion for a household with existing canine friends. Vic Venom crates well and handles being on a leash with ease. Adoption Information Vic Venom is currently available for adoption through Barking Mad Animal Rescue. He is looking for a calm and patient forever home where he can continue to build his confidence and enjoy the love he deserves. If you're interested in providing Vic Venom with a loving forever home, please reach out to Barking Mad Animal Rescue for more information on the adoption process. With your support, Vic Venom can start the next chapter of his life filled with care, comfort, and happiness.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Venom, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
