Weighing in at 65 pounds, she’s not just a pretty face—she’s a loving and affectionate companion waiting to find her forever home. Rescue Journey Maya was rescued from a kill shelter and has been under the loving care of Barking Mad Animal Rescue since 2021. Despite her long stay at the rescue, Maya remains hopeful and ready to shower her future family with love and loyalty. Personality and Traits Sweet and Affectionate: Maya has a gentle and loving nature, making her a wonderful companion for anyone looking to add a bit of warmth to their home. Dog-friendly: She gets along well with other dogs, which makes her a great addition to a multi-pet household. Leash and Crate Trained: Maya walks beautifully on a leash and is comfortable in a crate, indicating her adaptability and good manners. Health and Well-being Maya is spayed, up-to-date on all her vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative. With her health in prime condition, she is more than ready to start her new life with a loving family.
